PROCEEDINGS OF PAVING IN COLD AREAS WORKSHOP 5A VOLUME 1 AND 2

These two volumes contain the Proceedings of the 5th Canada/Japan Workshop on Paving in Cold Areas (PICA). Thirty-two papers, 16 from Japan and 16 from Canada, are presented in English. The papers cover a broad range of topics within the following subject areas : prevention of low temperature cracking, airport pavements, utilization of recycled materials in pavements, rigid and flexible pavement design, mitigation of ice and snow on pavements surfaces, paving materials in cold areas, and innovative pavement and paving materials test methods.
