TIME-LAPSE AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY: APPLICATION TO TRAFFIC SURVEYS
An aerial photography method which has been used to analyse traffic movements within a study area is described. The authors' main claim is not that this is a new technique - it has been used several times before - but that it is an inexpensive and accurate method of obtaining traffic information compared with classical means. /Author/TRRL/
