POST HARVEST NEEDS TO FUEL BOX GROWTH?

There is an increasing sophistication in the techniques for the containerized shipping of fresh fruits and vegetables and increasing support by governments and trade associations of research aimed at expanding the success rate and product range of exported perishable commodities. The latest technology is reviewed. Special attention is given to mixed loads, where different products share a container, and to research in modified atmosphere packaging (MAP).
