FLASHING WARNING LIGHT FOR FLOATING DRILLING RIGS
A signal light developed to improve navigational safety in areas where there are floating drilling rigs is described. Known as the PPF signal light, it provides a flashing warning signal and is intended as an illuminated side light on the platforms on which it is installed. The instrument, which measures 437 x 812 mm and weighs 38 kg, consists of a basic unit and an emergency unit.
