ALLOWABLE LIMIT OF VERTICAL DEFLECTION FOR GIRDER OF SHIN KANSEN
The purpose of this report is to investigate the dynamic property of a car that is running through the deflected track on a bridge girder and to propose the allowable limit for the girder from the view point of riding comfort and running safety. By this invesitgation a tentative limit of deflections are proposed for SHIN KANSEN bridge girder.
