ANOTHER LOOK AT METHANOL
Before massive funds are invested in plants for making methanol from coal, we must consider the effects methanol will have on the fuel distribution system, the automobile fuel system, and the driveability of cars designed for 100% gasoline fuel. Also, the advantage or burden to the motoring public should be considered relative to other alternatives for enhancing the domestic U.S. gasoline supply.
