LEGIBILITY OF MOTORWAY SIGNS: A LITERATURE EVALUATION
LEESHAARHEID VAN BEWEGWIJZERING LANGS AUTASNELWEGEN: EEN LITERATUUR-EVALUATIE
The visual aspects of Dutch motorway signs are studied with reference to (recent) literature. The conclusion is that there exists little reason to change currently used rules. It is perhaps necessary to introduce more illuminated signs at night. /TRRL/
