U.S. GOVERNMENT BILL OF LADING AND RELATED PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES
This article is intended to explain the terms and functions of Government bills of lading and to encompass some aspects of paying and auditing carrier bills for transportation services (mostly relating to property) furnished the United States Government, in addition to arrangements with carriers, documentation, and other incidents of the shipper-carrier relationship.
