HIGH-SPEED PEDESTRIAN CONVEYOR SYSTEMS

This article presents the results of some studies aimed at discovering how the public might react to high-speed pedestrians conveyors and to highlight some of the safety features which will have to be considered in a practical design. Some estimates of station sizes are included, also some consideration of the feasibility of conveyor networks. /Author/TRRL/
