BS 4228: 1967. SPECIFICATION FOR CORNER FITTINGS FOR FREIGHT CONTAINERS. METRIC UNITS

This standard specifies the dimensional requirements and service design loadings for upper and lower corner fittings for freight containers A,B,C and D described in British standard 3951-freight containers. It also indicates certain non-mandatory features which allow the fittings to be developed into the forms of boxes, if desired. The standard does not specify materials of construction or their strength properties. /TRRL/
