TRAFFIC SAFETY AND TRAFFIC CRIMINOLOGY

VERKEHRSSICHEHEIT UND VERKEHRSKRIMININALISTIK

The author presents some cases of fatal accidents in which the question of guilt played an important role, in particular when there was a question of crime. Thereafter the problems of the pollution of the environment, the influence of weather on driving, the influence of driving on the heart-beat, the influence of alcohol on driving.
