FEELINGS, MOODS AND EFFECTS INFLUENCING THE ABILITY TO DRIVE MOTOR VEHICLES
The driver is influenced in his driving ability and agility by such factors as fatigue, fear, anger, happiness and preoccupation. His emotional stability is therefore an important parameter, as is his attitudes toward driving. It is stated that the permissive society will be a factor to be reckoned with in considering the results of such differing attitudes. The covering abstract for the conference is IRRD no. 211714. /TRRL/
