UNDER-WATER REPAIRS TO THANE CREEK BRIDGE
The paper describes a survey carried out to examine the distresses in the submerged portion of the 1836 metre long prestressed concrete bridge across Thane Creek near Bombay in India. The paper also describes how the technical scheme to carry out structural repairs to the submerged portion of the bridge was evolved, and explains in detail the repairs technique.
