EFFECT OF TORQUE OSCILLATIONS OF RAILROAD MOTORS ON THE EFFICIENCY OF THE STATIC FRICTION
EINFLUSS DER DREHMOMENTSCHWINGUNGEN VON BAHNMOTOREN AUF DIE AUSNUTZUNG DER HAFTREIBUNG
Measurements related to the effect of torque oscillations are reported, along with computational results. Experiments and calculations show that the magnitude of the variable forces at the circumference of the driving gear in ac and undulatory-current traction motors is basically the same, and in case of modern drive systems is of no significance.
