CAR CITY TO PEOPLE CITY (OR TAMING THE TRUCK)

This report is essentially a non-technical study of how to resolve Manhatten Island's traffic problems and in doing so to return the island to the people. The use of Light Rail Transit is advocated by the report as being superior to buses and as giving more convenient neighborhood service than subways.
