PACIFIC RIM TRANSTECH CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS. VOLUME II. CANADIAN PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
It is noted that operational pavement management systems are widely used across Canada. The implementation experience from these operations is valuable for staging, technology development, and recognition of the needs of system users. This paper reviews the Canadian experience, and describes an application from Alberta that illustrates comprehensiveness and flexibility in tailoring a PMS to local agencies.
