CONDUCTIVE CERAMICS FOR USE IN THE NA-S BATTERY
Ceramics with compositions in the systems Na2O-Li2O-A12O3 have been investigated for application in the Na-S battery. The mechanical and electrical properties of these ceramics have been determined and some optimum compositions have been tested in Na-Na cells. The influence of sintering temperature and time on the properties of these ionically conductive ceramics is discussed. /GMRL/
