ENGINEERS AND WARRANTY

In a discussion of the fundamentals of current warranty law, this paper reviews legislation recently enacted or under consideration which will have a substantial effect on the warranty of the future. The responsibilities and potential impact of the design engineer are also considered. /SAE/
