ALLOCATING FLOWS TO A NETWORK STRUCTURE
The program described in this report is intended for use in conjunction with the shortest route program (srp) described in "shortest routes through a road network" (lubfs technical note a8, see IRRD abstract no. 211929) and as such the data sets involved interface directly. The interaction between the two programs is shown in a system flow diagram. However, assuming that all the inputs are available and in correct formats, the program can be used alone. Details are given of the general structure of the programs storage and routine structures, parameters, data inputs and outputs, error messages, and program listing. /TRRL/
