Mr. Kay comments on the current status of Integrated Traffic Management Systems (ITMS) activities and how we move from ITMS to Intelligent Vehicle Highway Systems (IVHS). He also discusses the different approaches that can be used in the development of IVHS and the advantages and disadvantages of these.
