DESIGN SOLUTIONS FOR TEMPERATURE SENSING IN DIFFICULT AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATIONS
Three different types of temperature measurement on the automobile and the development of suitable controls are discussed. High temperature probe controls for emission catalysts; small, fast response thermostats for engine blocks; and PTC ceramic sensors for a variety of uses are developed. /GMRL/
