The author takes the example of the conclusion of the contracts for the provision of a process computer for the Maschen marshalling yard and shows how the clauses and conditions of contracts for the supply of telecommunications installations should be adapted to the specific technical requirements of an installation and how they should be given sufficient attention at commercial and technical level.
