TECHNICAL INSTALLATIONS FOR ELECTRONIC DATA PROCESSING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SYSTEM OF INTEGRATED TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT

Through electronic data processing, it is possible to arrive at the mechanisation and rationalisation of DB transport operations. Current work concerns the achievement of a first phase of modernisation aimed at an integrated transport control and management system (ITS). The article gives a brief outline of the hierarchical system and its constituent parts, which cover data input, output transmission and processing. Regional computers are coupled to the central computer.
