VEHICLE PURCHASING
A common element in the operation of all community transit agencies is vehicles. There are hundreds of varieties of buses, vans and modified varieties of each on the road today, all busily making community transit a reality. This article reports on a CTAA survey on the trends, challenges and processes in vehicle procurement.
