COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOW CONTROL PLAN FOR PEORIA
Article describing Peoria, Illinois and how it deals with management of the Illinois River through its combined sewer overflow (CSO) control plan. Overall, as a result of this project, Illinois River pollution will be reduced, compliance requirements will be addressed, needs for future downtown development will be planned, and long-term operation and maintenance costs will be minimized.
