WHEN TO CONVERT STOP TO YIELD SIGNS
Article describing results of a survey used to determine state and local agency experiences with yield controlled intersections and with conversions from stop to yield. It was also used to identify any agencies that would be willing to participate in stop-to-yield conversion study. A total of 32 states (64 percent response) and 73 local jurisdictions (36.5 percent response) responded.
