ACCIDENT REDUCTION FACTORS FOR INDIANA. FINAL REPORT
This report presents the results of a study conducted to develop appropriate accident reduction factors associated with various highway improvement projects in Indiana. The factors were developed through a before-and-after analysis of accident data from 1983 to 1987.
