Appendix M of the Guide provides excerpts directly from the Clean Air Act for every transportation-related provision described and explained in the Guide. These selected excerpts of statutory language are taken from Appendix C of EPA's draft 1992 Transportation - Air Quality Planning Guidelines. The final Guidelines are expected to be issued in March 1992.
