LOCOMOTIVE SAND-BOXES
For electric locomotives group E 444 it was necessary to have an absolutely trustworthy sanding plant. The solution was sought not only among the devices in use, but also among what has been thought up in more than a century of railway operation. Adoption was made of the sander named FS 2, perfecting solutions already known, completed by intuition aiming at overcoming eventual shortcomings of men and objects.
