FIFTY-YEAR DEVELOPMENT-CONSTRUCTION OF STEEL PIPELINE SUSPENSION BRIDGES
Pipeline suspension bridge construction has evolved from short or multispan structures to long single-span structures with the development of new techniques in design, fabrication, and erection. These development are examined by reviewing the construction of representative bridges which have been built in the United States and of one unique Canadian Bridge. /ASCE/
