FIFTY YEARS OF CONSTRUCTION LAW
Consideration is given to the lack of uniformity of contract provisions and the law governing construction contract relationships throughout the United States and to the varying proceedures for resolving construction disputes by the various tribunals before which they are brought. Changes in construction law during the past 50 yr are traced and trends are sought for projections to the future. /ASCE/
