FACILITY LOCATION EXAMPLE OF EVALUATION METHODOLOGY
A transportation evaluation methodology is demonstrated with the location of a bus storage facility. The methodology relies upon combining subjective preferences of an individual or group with objective reality to produce a logically entailed ranking of the relative worth of each alternative. The most notable feature of the methodology is that it relies upon the differences between plans. The application uses 15 factors and a panel of experts to locate the facility. /ASCE/
