CAN YOU SEE THE ROAD?

The article discusses the categories of accident caused by: 1) at least one driver who did nt stay on the road; 2) did not stay in the right place on the road; 3) or did not avoid somethig on the road. These problems are almost always related to the driver's ability to perceive and react to their surroundings as they drive. The logical conclusion of this line of reasoning is that most accidents are the result of a failure in visual perception. This article will examine the pathway of the perceptive process and the modes of failure that too frequently lead to accidents.
