BUSINESS CARS IN THE UK. A SURVEY OF CURRENT PRACTICE IN 403 COMPANIES
This survey examines current company policy on the provision of business cars for employees. Since previous BIM surveys confirm that the practice is widespread in this country, it is expected that the topic will be of interest to many companies. The report attempts to indicate which factors cause such a considerable volume of resources to be tied up in fixed capital, and it examines the extent of car provision in British business and how business car fleets are operated. /Author/TRRL/
