NATIONAL SHIPBUILDING RESEARCH PROGRAM. BIBLIOGRAPHY OF PUBLICATIONS AND MICROFICHE INDEX. CATALOGUE 1973-1991
The National Shipbuilding Research Program (NSRP) has been in existence since 1973. The program is a cooperative effort of the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Shipbuilding industry, and selected academic institutions. The program has sponsored research in the areas of shipbuilding which include but are not limited to: facilities and environmental effects, outfitting and production aids, design and production integration, human resource innovation, shipbuilding standards, welding, industrial engineering, education and training, flexible automation, and surface preparation and coatings.
