THE PROBLEM OF THE VEHICLE DRIVER SUFFERING FROM DIABETES MELLITUS IN HUNGARY

ZUR PROBLEMATIK DER AN DIABETES MELLITUS ERKRANKTEN KRAFTFAH RZEUGFUEHRER IN UNGARN

In Hungary diabetics treated with insulin are regarded as unfit to drive a motor vehicle. The aptitude testing procedures required from both the viewpoint of the doctor and the driver are described. It is pointed out that static control tests are necessary before unfitness is established. /TRRL/
