Provides the conclusions in Judge Levy's decision favoring minibridge in that the Joint rail/water service between New Orleans, Louisiana, Houston, Beaumont and Galveston, Texas, and the ports in Europe and the United Kingdom, utilizing the port of Charleston, South Carolina, is not unlawful, unfair, unjustly discriminatory or illegal.
