TRAFFIC AND TECHNICAL PRESUMPTIONS IN ROAD TUNNEL CONSTRUCTION THROUGH THE VELEBIT. PROCEEDINGS - 1ST YUGOSLAV SYMPOSIUM ON TUNNELS, VOLUMES 1 AND 2
PROMETNO-TEHNICKE PRETPOSTAVKE GRADNJE CESTOVNOG TUNELA KROZ VELEBIT
The velebit tunnel is a key structure for the future zagreb-lika-zadar transversal route and for the potential route of the adriatic motorway in the continental corridor. The paper presents a general scheme of the future traffic flow with a separate analysis of the tunnel structure within the proposed variant solutions. Geological soil structure, climatic conditions and the complexity of the structure itself are particularly stressed. For the covering abstract of the conference see IRRD 829277.
