EYE ON ELECTRONICS
A study done by the Battery Council International (BCI) trade group showed that in one sample of scrapped batteries, 16% were still usable. This article provides guidelines on how to get the longest possible service life out of the battery. It begins with a discussion of the correct use of the battery tester, then discusses the selection and installation of the battery.
