OMEGA SYNCHRONIZATION AND CONTROL. PRACTICAL PROCEDURES FOR THE DETERMINATION OF EPOCH AND ESTIMATION OF FREQUENCY
Practical procedures for the determination of epoch and estimation of frequency are presented. Synchronization techniques which have been used historically with the Omega system are briefly reviewed. Synchronization control theory is discussed with reference to both simplified and general optimization. (Author)
