DEMAND FACTORS
This study supported the projected factors which were presumed to influence parking decisions, and analyzed data using the "Logit Choice Method." Results indicated that individuals look at cost, proximity to final destination and the position relative to the trip being made. On-street parking was found to be more attractive than off-street parking, and employee arranged parking was preferred to both.
