CERVICAL-THORATIC TRANSVERSE PROCESS FRACTURE: FURTHER OBSERVATIONS ON THE SEAT BELT SYNDROME
Fracture of the transverse process C7 and T1 may represent another seatbelt injury particularly related to the use of a system including a shoulder harness belt. Four cases are discussed and the proposed mechanism and potential implications of this injury are outlined. /AUTHOR/
