LES ETUDES DE FIABILITE A LA SNCF

This article underlines the value of the methods of calculating and determining reliability in the different sectors that concern the SNCF. After dealing with the principle of the methods of calculation and experimental determination of reliability and of availability which is closely connected with the notion of maintenance, some examples of application are given, making special reference to the studies carried out by the SNCF.
