POST LICENSING CONTROL REPORTING AND EVALUATION SYSTEM: NEGLIGENT OPERATOR PROGRAM COSTS AND EFFECTIVENESS. PERIODIC STATUS REPORT NO. 1

The report is the first internal status report on Post Licensing Control Reporting and Evaluation System. The report is composed of two sections. The summary shows information on the costs and effectiveness for the Negligent Operator treatment based on the 19 months of data collected, and compares present results to prior findings. Manually scheduled Negligent Operator trreaments are not included in the PLC Evaluation - the volumes and effectiveness tests pertain to computer scheduled cases only. The appendix provides technical backup for these measures and additional detail.
