ANALYSIS OF NEW YORK STATE 1988 ATR DATA. DATA SERVICES BUREAU REPORT. APPENDICES
This document contains appendices to the report "Analysis of New York State 1988 ATR Data". There are 7 appendices documenting the following: (A) Cluster Analysis Program Output 1988; (B) Cluster Analysis Program Output 1984; (C) ATR Average Hourly Volume by Day; (D) ATR ADT by Day; (E) ATR Average 24-Hour Volumes by Hour and Day; (F) Design Hour Volume; and (G) Location of ATR Stations. The main report documents the approach taken by the New York State Department of Transportation to re-examine the temporal factor groups, and seasonality factors used to expand 48 hour short counts to AADTs. It also focuses on the computation of DDHV for each of the Factor Groups presented. It examines the selection of factor group for first time counts and identifies the best times for counting within each factor group.
