A WORLD REVOLUTION IN TRANSPORTATION

A global overview of transportation in the future was presented by the transportation expert Wilfred Owen during the final session of the recent IRF Third Executive Conference on Road Management, held recently in Arizona. Owens told the audience of senior highway engineers and administrators from 12 developing countries of the potential and pitfalls of highway transportation and the prospects of increased mobility.
