A PHYSICO-MECHANICAL MODEL OF THE COHESION OF A GRANULATED SLAG PASTE
The study of the tensile strength of hardened granulated slag pastes made it possible to verify the validity of a relation in which this quantity is proportional to the 2/3 power of the volume fraction of the hydrated phases, of the square root of the cross section of the crystals, of the specific surface of the slag particles, and of the ratio c/w. It was thus possible to determine the specific strengths of hydrated compounds responsible for cohesion. /Author/
