STRENGTH AND COMPLETE STRESS-STRAIN RELATIONSHIPS FOR CONCRETE TESTED IN UNIAXIAL COMPRESSION UNDER DIFFERENT TEST CONDITIONS
A study is made of variations in strength and of the stress-strain relations which can be obtained, if some basic test conditions are changed. The influence of variations in the degree of slenderness of thesample, of the ratio of the sample diameter to the maximum dimension of the aggregate, of the diameter of the test plate used to transfer the load to the sample, and of the method of measuring strains is investigated. /TRRL/
