ESTIMATED HIGHWAY PLANNING AND RESEARCH PROGRAM. PART II - RESEARCH. FISCAL YEAR 1991

This publication presents the research program of the Arizona Transportation Research Center of the Arizona Department of Transportation for Fiscal Year 1991. The total cost of all of the new activities presented is estimated to be $2,180,281. HPR funds requested are $1,430,281, of which $460,281 are carry-over funds from the HPR-PL-1(37) Program. The HPR-PL-1(39) Program contains proposed research projects, continuing research projects and three programs of a continuing nature. Included in this publication are data on the distribution of funds for the various new projects, summaries of the individual projects, and detailed descriptions of each project.
