THE CLOVERLEAF AND TRAFFIC SAFETY
HET KLAVERBLAD EN DE VEILIGHEID VAN HET VERKEER
In the United States of America comprehensive studies have been made of the relation between the lay-out of cloverleafs and accidents occuring on these fly-over junctions. This article deals with some results of these examinations. Subsequently the characteristic features of a Dutch cloverleaf, a junction of two motorways, are tested with reference to the American studies. /TRRL/
